PAPERLESS TICKETING
The Firehouse Arts Center has moved to e-tickets and will no longer have physical tickets or a will-call list. This change helps conserve City resources and streamline your theater experience.
When you arrive at the theater, please be ready to show one (1) of the following:
Your e-ticket on your phone
A copy of your e-ticket printed from home
Your purchase confirmation email or receipt (on your phone or printed)
How to Access Your E-Ticket:
After purchasing your tickets online or by phone, you’ll receive an email from VBO Tickets. Look for a subject line: Order Confirmation.
You have several options to retrieve your tickets:
Open the email and show your ticket on your phone,
Tap “View Tickets” or “Download PDF” to print it at home,
Add tickets to your digital wallet,
Email tickets to a friend, if you have purchased for another person, or
Share your tickets via WhatsApp
