Inspired by the iconic 1980s film of the same name, 9 to 5 tells the story of three coworkers-turned-friends who team up to take down (re. kidnap) their “sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot” boss to create a more welcoming and efficient workplace. With an original score written by the great Dolly Parton, 9 to 5 is a story about female empowerment and friendship that is just as relevant today as it was 40 years ago.

General Ticket Information:

  • Beginning on January 1, 2025, all credit and debit card transactions made to the City of Pleasanton will be charged a 2.5% convenience fee. Payments made by cash and checks will not be charged a convenience fee.
  • To purchase tickets with cash or check, visit the Firehouse Box Office; the Box Office is open two hours before any ticketed performance. Patrons may also pay with cash or check at the Pleasanton Library (10 AM - 5 PM, Monday – Friday).
  • All tickets include a $3 processing fee.
  • Regardless of age, everyone, including children, MUST have their own ticket to enter the theater.
  • All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges only if the show is canceled.
  • 15% discount for purchases of 10 or more tickets for most shows. Some exclusions apply, contact the box office at 925-931-4848 for more information.
