East Bay Children’s Theatre presents Once Upon A Time Step

Twas the Sunday before Christmas, and all through the Firehouse…
Families are in for a holiday treat when East Bay Children’s Theatre presents a rare big screen presentation of the Magical Musical Movie ONCE UPON A TIME STEP at the Firehouse! This dynamic and colorful musical revue features show-stopping song and dance numbers from Cinderella, Aladdin and the Lamp, Snow White, Jack and the Beanstalk, and more.
Accompanying the film will be a LIVE stage show featuring Santa Claus and the Elves performing holiday favorites. After the the show, the young (at young-at-heart!) will have an opportunity to mingle and take photos with the characters. Costumes, over-the-top holiday attire, and favorite ugly sweaters are all heartily encouraged. You may even win a prize for ugliest sweater!
The film features a stellar lineup of the Bay Area’s most talented singing actors. Performing star turns: Jordyn Foley, Tania Johnson, Juanita Harris, Alonso Melgoza, Marah Sotelo, Oscar Tomosada and Chris Vettel.
Music and Lyrics are by Ron Lytle.

General Ticket Information:
- Beginning on January 1, 2025, all credit and debit card transactions made to the City of Pleasanton will be charged a 2.5% convenience fee. Payments made by cash and checks will not be charged a convenience fee.
- To purchase tickets with cash or check, visit the Firehouse Box Office; the Box Office is open two hours before any ticketed performance. Patrons may also pay with cash or check at the Pleasanton Library (10 AM - 5 PM, Monday – Friday).
- All tickets include a $3 processing fee.
- Regardless of age, everyone, including children, MUST have their own ticket to enter the theater.
- All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges only if the show is canceled.
- 15% discount for purchases of 10 or more tickets for most shows. Some exclusions apply, contact the box office at 925-931-4848 for more information.
